I can feel so many muscles work, ones that I never knew I had. I also had a back problem, which I can now say is much better. It makes me feel refreshed and charged for the week.

"In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see a difference and in 30 you'll have a whole new body." Joseph Pilates
Pilates is an exercise method which helps to improve posture and body awareness by specifically focusing on controlling the deep abdominal muscles of the trunk. The benefits of Pilates is now widely recognized by medical practioners through to elite athletes. It helps in the recovery and maintenance of back problems and enhances sporting performance.
Our team of 4 qualified Pilates Instructors run classes throughout the week in a purpose built Pilates Studio. We cater for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced, including rehabilitation classes for those recovering from injury or an operation.
Our speciality is small classes or one-on-one sessions, using the classic Joseph Pilates methods to deliver a variety of mat work, swiss ball, pilates ring and foam roller routines.
We also offer yoga classes - far from being 'only for flexible people' it is a great compliment to sport (and simply feeling good). And why not try a ballet-inspired workout (for non-dancers) - see below for a full list of our classes.
All classes available to Non-Members & Off-Peak Members. Please contact class organisers for more information or to book using links below.

"Annabel sets a great pace for beginners and more experienced yoga enthusiasts. She is an inspiring teacher who makes everything easy to follow."
"I took up Pilates 6 months ago and now wonder why I left it so late! It's something that I recommend no matter what your walk of life. For me it's brought me a new lease of life on the tennis court. I had quite a serious recurring back problem and Pilates has all but eliminated it! I feel fitter, stronger and more supple and now have withdrawal symptoms when I don't get my weekly fix! I have my own ball, roller and even a pair of Pilates socks!! I'm particularly keen to see all our athletes at Everyball here at Halton get engaged with Pilates. Tom has been a superb coach and I heartily recommend him or a member of the Pilates team to you."
Mike James – Halton Tennis Centre Director of Tennis
"I've had one-to-one Pilates as I was recovering from major hip surgery and the day I stopped needing physio was a revelation and the team that were helping me were impressed with the difference doing Pilates made. I now attend classes as does my wife, it keeps us young and we get to socialise with some local friends too."
"Elaine provided me with first class physiotherapy care and continued pilates instruction following a recent sports injury. Without her expert help and guidance I'm sure my recovery would have been much slower and more painful.
I'd seriously recommend her friendly, holistic approach and expertise to anyone wishing to recover from injury faster and with confidence. Her fun and friendly Pilates classes have also helped tremendously in helping to build and maintain fitness. Thank you so much Elaine".
